There are four types of accounts on the Beesy.pro website, each of them has its own universal opportunities.

Employer - an account type intended for companies from 1 to 10 people with the ability to publish remote work projects and vacancies for full-time employees.

Company - an account type intended for companies from 10 and more people with the ability to publish vacancies for full-time employees and remote work projects.

Professional - an account type intended for specialists, who work remotely or searching for work in the office, with the ability to apply for projects and leave feedback for vacancies.

Studio - an account type intended for companies and studios, offering their services in the field of IT and outsourcing with the ability to submit applications for projects.

Types of employment

When registering, you choose one of the types of employment:

Freelance only - can be searched in the “Freelancers” section.

Freelance + Local jobs - can be distinguished from ordinary freelancers by the tie icon next to the name. They can be found in the freelancers' directory if you add the option “Ready for full-time employment” in the search.

Local jobs - are displayed in a separate directory of Staff.

In the future, you can change this information in your profile.

Registration

Registration, further authorization and work on the Beesy.pro website is carried out in accordance with the website rules.

Any user could register only one account

To register an account on the website, follow the link Sign Up in the upper right part of the website.


Choose the account type: Employer or Professional.

Registration by Email:

1. Choose the account type: Owner / Company or Professional / Studio;

2. Enter your Email;

3. City;

4. Enter your login and password;

5. Click on the “Create an account”.

Registration via social networking.:

1. Log in to the social network through which you want to register (Facebook/Google+);

2. Click on the appropriate icon.

Problems with registration

Correctly and carefully fill out the registration form.

Choose the account type;

1.Enter your city or select it from the pop-up list;

2. Enter valid Email, check the entered information;

3. Enter the unique login (it must be at least 5 signs long, using numbers, underscores (_) and hyphens (-) are allowed);

4.Enter the unique password (it must be at least 5 signs long, using numbers, underscores (_) and hyphens (-) are allowed);

5. Provide reCAPTCHA verification.


If you entered something wrong, you will see a red box next to the field where incorrect data is indicated.

If you have filled in all the fields correctly, passed the reCAPTCHA check and still could not register, write to our support service to solve this problem.

Account activation

After the registration process you will see a notification about confirming your Email. The verification link will be sent to your Email address.


Your account is activated right after you’ve signed up.

5. Change account type

 Account type is determined at registration and could not be changed further. If during registration you mistakenly chose the wrong account type, you can contact the support service within the next 24 hours to solve this problem.

I have not registered on the Beesy.pro. Are there any limitation in work with the website?

 Yes, unregistered users do not have the opportunity to publish job offers, bid the projects and vacancies, as well as fully utilize the entire website functionality. You can sign up here.

I want to work. How should I register: as the Professional or as the Studio?

If you work alone, you should register as a Professional. If you represent a web studio or an IT company, then you should register as a Studio.

We are the team of freelancers, how should we register?

You should register as a Specialist and then create a Team. How to do this is described in the ‘Teams’ help section.

How to change or add additional information about yourself after registration?

You can edit the information specified during registration and add the new one in the section "Settings". You must be logged in on the Beesy.pro to do this.

I am already registered on the Beesy.pro as a Professional, but decided to create a new account as a Professional. Why was my second account blocked?

 User registration more than once on the Beesy.pro is prohibited by the rules of the website and re-registered account will be blocked.

 In case of repeating the violation administration has the right to block the main account. If you need to register more than once because of the mistake made during the first registration, you should contact Support team or use the "feedback form"

How many accounts can I register?

You can register only one account of each type. Registration more than once as a Professional and as an Employer is prohibited by the website Rules.

My page

“My page” - is your unique business card on the Beesy.pro website. The information on this page is visible to all website users.

1. To edit your page on the Beesy.pro website click the profile icon in the upper right corner and select “My page”.


2. In opened window you can add your own logo or photo. To do this, select in the upper left corner “Upload picture” .


Image size should be at least 250 x 250 px, maximum size no more than 5 mb.

3. To add information about you and your company, click on the button. “Add ”, in the opened text form enter the information you need and click “Save”.


Common information

1. To edit your account and information specified on your page, click the profile icon in the upper right corner and select “Settings” or follow this link


2. On the page “Account” you can add next information: 

- First Name and Last Name - for account type“Employer”; 

- Company name - for account type“Company”; 

- Contact information.


After entering the information you need, click“Save”.

3. To connect your account on the Beesy.pro  with your accounts in social networks (Facebook, Google+) click on the button next to the needed icon.“Connect”.

Users, who confirmed the Email  and contact phone number get on the website badge“Verified Employer”.

Common tips

To increase your chances of getting offers from the best Professionals and Studios, we have prepared a list of basic recommendations about posting freelance projects.:

1. Before posting the project, we recommend you to think over and specify the task or the problem that needs to be solved..
If you have the opportunity and qualification - make a Specification and attach examples of what you want to get as the result.

2. Formulate a competitive offer. We recommend you to look at the rate offers for similar projects and tasks..

3. Correctly identify the category and the necessary skills of potential performers.

4. If your project is not hot, we advise you not to exclude professionals who are not ready to start implementation right now. It is possible that they are the best in their category, but due to the workload are not able to take up your project .

5. Posting the project set its deadlines and payment terms correctly. We recommend viewing projects and jobs previously posted by other Employers.

If you are not sure about the project`s data you have filled in, but have seen something similar on the Beesy.pro website, you can use function “Post a similar project”.

Projects posting

After signing up as the employer and filling your profile with appropriate information, you can start posting projects.

1. Click on the “Hire a professional” and choose “Add the project”.


2. Fill in the information about the project: the description should answer as many potential performer`s questions as possible.

Think over what exactly you want to get in the end. If you have examples of what you need, attach them to the project. Select the category you need and a short clear name. Specify the budget and project`s terms.


3. After filling in all the fields, click “Post the project” and wait for responses.


4. To achieve the maximum effect from your post, we recommend using the option“Pin the project”, so you will have more chances to be noticed by qualified professionals.

If you need to complete the project as soon as possible, use the option“HOT”.


5. To view all your posted projects go to“My work” and click “New”.


6. To edit or delete the project use the functional sidebar on the right side of your project.

Choosing the performer

1. To view all bids from Professionals and Studios go to your project`s page. 


2. We recommend focusing not only on the rate, but on the rating, reviews and portfolio as well.

Before choosing the Professional, we recommend specifying all the details you are interested in about the project implementation and acceptance: 

- projects rate;

- payment terms;

- the need and procedure for providing materials to the Professional;

- deadlines;

- procedure of results transmission;

- if there are penalties for the non-completion or delays.
To chat with the Professional, exchange files and additional information, click on"Write message".

3. To choose the Professional click“Choose” in the right lower corner.


4. After the professional confirm his acceptance for the project, wait for the results and be in touch for checking his progress.


5. After completing the work go to  “In work” and confirm the end of the project by clicking &ldquoAccept the projectт”.


6. Make a payment and leave a review about the collaboration..

Searching for professionals and studios

1. To find professionals and studios for your project choose  “Hire a professional” and click “Freelancers”.


2. If you want to find a Professional due to your requirements and performer`s skills, we recommend using the filter parameters.
 Through the correctly filled filter, you can find  the most matching Professionals in a few minutes.


For more detailed choice we recommend using “Advanced settings”.


3. To view the portfolio and more detailed information click on the professional`s name and go to his/her profile. 4. To accept the Professional for your project click “Make an offer” in the upper right corner of his/her profile and fill in the short form or choose the project from the list of already added ones.5. To find the Studio for your project click “Hire a professional” and then “Studios”.6. f you want to find a Studio due to your requirements and its services, we recommend using the filter parameters.
 Through the correctly filled filter, you can find  the most matching Studio in a few minutes
For more detailed choice we recommend using “Advanced settings”.7. To view the portfolio and more detailed information click on the studios login and go to its profile.8. To accept the Studio for your project click “Make an offer” in the upper right corner of its profile and fill in the short form or choose the project from the list of already added ones.

Jobs posting

After signing up as the employer and filling your profile with appropriate information, you can start posting jobs

1. Click on the “Hire a professional” and choose “Add the job”.

2. Fill in the information about the job: the description should answer as many potential performer`s questions as possible. Specify the working conditions, responsibilities, schedule and employment terms.Choose the category you need and enter short clear name.Obligatory tick point 4:  “Need an office employee ” and chose the city from the list.

3.After filling in all the gaps, click “Post the job” and wait for responses

4. To achieve the maximum effect from your post, we recommend using the option“Pin the job”, so you will have more chances to be noticed by qualified professionals.If you need to find the employee urgently, use the option  “HOT”.

5. To view all your posted jobs go to“My work” and click “New”.

6. To edit or delete the project use the right functional sidebar.

Choosing the professional

Can I hire performers without posting the project?

Yes, you can hire the performer directly. To do this, go to his/her profile or studio you need and click in the upper right corner. “Offer the work”

How to view my posted projects and jobs?

To view  all your posted projects and jobs go to  “My work”.

How to view bids for my projects?

Choose on the page “My work” the project you are interested in and click on it, on its page you can see all bids.

How to view applications for my jobs?

Go to the page “My work” choose the job you are interested in and click on it; on its page you will see all the applications.

How to reject the cooperation with the previously chosen performer?

To do this go to the page “My work”, click “In work” and in the lower right corner of the wanted project choose“Stop the project”.

How to rate the Professional and leave the review?

When the project is completed, the feedback form will be able to you. There you can leave a review about the performer.

Can I highlight my project or job?

Yes, you can use the paid service “Pin”, with this option  your project or job will be shown above the standard projects for 30 days.

If my project or job is urgent, can I highlight it in the list?

For urgent projects and jobs you can use a paid service.“HOT”, due to this option, your project will be shown above the standard and pinned projects with a note“HOT”, for 7 day.

Reviews

You can leave a review about the Professional or Studio based on the cooperation results: 

- in case of successful project acceptance;

- in case of project cancellation, because one side refused to collaborate; 

- in case of project cancellation by the Performer; 

Review can contain only an objective opinion about the work.. 

Bookmarks

1. If you have found an interesting Professional or Studio, but at the moment you have not open projects, you can add them to Bookmarks.

2. To add any Professional or Studio to Bookmarks click on the flag in the right upper corner of the interesting profile.


3. To view all saved professionals and studios click “Bookmarks”. 

Messages

1. For chatting with the Performer or the Employer go to his/her profile and click “Send message” .

2. Further you can chat and exhange files with this user in a special section  “Messages”.

To do this write something in the dialog box and click  “Send”

Unsuccessful collaboration

The performer did not complete the project.

To avoid such situation, we recommend you to consider next points in choosing a candidate:

- the portfolio -check the relevance of the portfolio, whether there is a detailed works description, images, videos and project links;

- the raiting -check the Performers rating and his/her activity on the website;

- reviews - check reviews, if there are a lot of negative ones,  we recommend you to look for someone else;

- feedback - the more working issues you discuss with a potential Performer, the fewer chances there will be misunderstandings. Pay attention to questions the Performer asks and how he answers yours;

- work with specifications -it is better to describe, structure and divide any work into implementation stages, according to which will be carried out reporting and further payment.

The performer dissapiared after taking the project.

If the Performer has not come up for any of his contacts within a week, we recommend you to repost the project.

Accepting a project, make sure that the Performer really took your request, keep the feedback, deal with reporting and step-by-step payment.

If Performer disappeared after the prepayment or the first payment.

If the Performer took your project, completed some part of it, received the first payment and disappeared, we recommend you to contact the support service of the payment system which you used. 

Perhaps it can be returned as wrongly. 

If the Performer disappeared after full payment or prepayment and didn`t fulfilled obligations. 

In this case, we recommend you to contact the law enforcement to investigate the fraud.

Replenishment

For safe balance and transactions operations on the Beesy.pro website, we carry out a mandatory confirmation of users actions using verification codes via e-mail.

Projects payment

Creating a remote work project, you can use Safe Deal service on the Beesy.pro website. To do this click  “Safe deal” during the project creation. 

Safe deal gives you a financial guarantee for your project implementation, quality and on time. Due to the payment freezing on the service, you can be sure that you will not lose your money if the performer does not comply or refuses your project.

The commission for using the Safe Deal is 7% of the project budget..

Posting a project you can choose who will pay this commission: you, the performer or 50/50.

On the projects and jobs management page choose the one you need and click “Reserve funds”.

On the funds reservation page in the “Amount” field enter the replenishment amount(the minimum is $1), then click  “Reserve”.

Project funds will be automatically frozen on your balance.

Services payment on the Beesy.pro website

You can pay for the services using your balance. For this you need to choose the service you are interested in (for example PRO account, status “Pin” or “HOT” for the project)and click on the payment system page “Bee balance”. Payment funds for the chosen service will be automatically disposal from your balance.



Transactions

If you need to transfer funds between users of the Beesy.pro website, you can use the “Funds transfer”. It`s useful for collaboration.


Important! If you pay for the performer's services using this function, we do not guarantee that you will not lose your money if he/she does not fulfill or abandons your project. The Dispute Resolution Service only works in case of using a safe deal.

On the balance management page click “Funds transfer”, in the opened window enter user`s login and the transfer amount (the minimum is $1), then click ldquo;Transfer”.

Promocodes

Promocode is a combination of numbers and letters that website users get as a bonus or promotion prize.

Promocodes allow you to get a gift amount for website services such as: PRO account, status “Pin” or “HOT” for projects and jobs.

To activate your promocode go to the balance management page and in the column “Enter promocode” enter the relevant data and click“Use”.

Important!  Projects payments, transfers between users and funds withdrawal using bonuses are impossible.

Funds withdrawal

To request a withdrawal from your balance (the minimum sum is $1) in the account settings specify the preferred withdrawal method.


To do this go to “Settings” and in the side menu click “Funds withdrawal”. in the opened window specify the preferred withdrawal method

To send a withdrawal request, click “Funds withdrawal”.


In the opened window fill out a form to generate a withdrawal request. It will differ depending on the chosen withdrawal method.

Important! Funds withdrawal is carried out within two working days from the application date.

If there is a commission for the chosen withdrawal, it will be written off from your balance.

Work with the time-tracker

You need to specify application using with the chosen Professional before starting  project collaboration with a time tracker.

Data in the window “Progress” will be displayed only if the Professional agreed to use the time tracker for the project.

To view the progress and time spent on your project, left-click «In work» in the top menu.

In the opened window choose the project you need.

To view the time tracker data click «Progress».

In the opened window you will see: 

-Project starting date and time;

- Project ending date and time;

- Screenshots;

- Total recorded project time.

This is possible only if the professional did not use the time tracker during work on your project.

You can public or transfer to third parties screenshots of his/her work only with prior approval. 

Affiliate Program Terms

Each registered user of the Beesy.pro website can become a member of the Affiliate Program;  you will need:

1. Sign up as the performer or the employer;

2. Confirm your Email;

3. Copy the unique referral link on the page“Affiliate Program”;

4. Post that link on your website or social networks.

Users, participating in the Affiliate program, agree to:

 - Do not post referral links in a hidden form, such as: invisible or badly visible frame, automatic redirect without clicking on a link, CAP etc.;

 - Do not post referral links with the spam help and cheat systems (bots, pop-ups and other sources of low-quality traffic);

 - Do not post referral links using fake information, which can mislead users and damage the Beesy.pro website reputation;

In case of violations the partner’s account will be blocked and all balance funds will be canceled..

Affiliate Program Rewards

Rewards amount on the Affiliate Program is 50% of all services payments on the website, paid by the attracted through the referral link user.

4. Main categories indicates automatically and based on the number of items you have uploaded to the portfolio for each category.. 

For example, you specified 3 categories: Web Development, SEO and Web Design. 

In the portfolio you added: 3 works with selected category Web Development, 2 - with SEO and 4 - with Web Design. On this basis your main category is Web Design. 

5. To add information about you or/and your Studio click on the button. “Add”, in the opened text form enter the information you need and click “Save”. 


6. For PRO accounts: to set the background cover for your profile click in the upper right part of the page “Upload Cover Picture”. 

Common information

1. To edit your account and information specified on your page, click the profile icon in the upper right corner and select “Settings” or follow this link


2. On the page “Account” you can add next information:: 

- First Name and Last Name - for account type“Professional”; 

- Studio name - for account type“Studio”;

3. To connect your account on the Beesy.pro  with your accounts in social networks (Facebook, Google+) click on the button “Connect” next to the needed icon.

Portfolio

1. To edit your Portfolio on the Beesy.pro website click the profile icon in the upper right corner and select “My portfolio”.


2. To add new item in the portfolio click in the upper part of the screen an appropriate button “Add item”.


3. In the opened window, you will see the form. We recommend to provide as much info as possible so that potential employers can better understand your competence, cost and deadlines for similar types of work.


Most employers prefer applicants with demonstrable portfolio, so do not forget to attach the appropriate photos, illustrations and links to your completed projects. 

When you are ready click “Save” and new item will appear in your portfolio.

How to confirm the skill

The more people confirm that you are a professional in your field, the greater the chance that the future employer will choose you for his project. For this skills need to be confirmed.

There is an icon “Like” on the right of the skill bar. To confirm the skill employer or professional should click it. The more clicks on skills you have, the more effective your profile looks.

Lists of professionals are formed according to the status and accounts` rating:

1. PRO account - main category;

1. Before applying for the chosen project or job, we recommend you to read the specification and the description carefully. If the potential employer notices that you don`t understand the project or have some gaps in knowledges, he won't choose you as the performer. 

2. Formulate a competitive offer. We advise you to be very careful and determine the main project's stages,deadlines and the rate based on market information before the bidding..

3. Try not to take part in projects that you are not sure about. Be honest about your abilities and skills.If you takes up a project that cannot complete, it will negatively affect your reviews and further rating

4. Tell about you and your professional skills. Potential employers need to understand why he/she should choose you and which benefits he/she will receive working with you. Proper profile and current portfolio will help to interest the employer

5. Feedback with the employer. Most employers choose the performer in the first 24 hours of project posting. So it is better always be in touch and respond as quickly as possible to incoming messages and questions.

Involvement in projects

After signing up as the Professional and filling your profile with appropriate information, you can start bidding projects.

1. Click on the “Work” and choose “Remote work” to view all active projects on the website.



2. If you want to find a project due to your professional skills and the employer's requirements, we recommend using filter parameters.Through the correctly filled filter, you can find exactly the most suitable projects in a few minutes 



3. For a more detailed projects choosing we recommend using “Advanced settings” and “Sort”.



4. To view more information about the project you are interested in just click on it.



5. Carefully read the project description and view all the attached files. If you are sure that you will be able to do this work and the project is suitable for your categories, bid it. If necessary, check the information and reviews about this Employer.

6. Make a competitive offer, based on the project`s data. Fill in the “Rate”, “Terms” and write a brief inclusive application text, indicating your experience, project stages, portfolio, etc. To send your application to the Employer, click “ Bid”.



7.  After bidding go to “My work” and choose “Projects”, to view all bidded projects

7. After applying go to “My work” and choose “My jobs”, to view all applied jobs.

In work

1. The employer can choose you as the performer, either for your applications or by inviting you personally. All active projects for which you have been chosen as a performer can be viewed in “My work”. To do this click “In work” and go to the new tab. 



2. Before accepting the project, we recommend specifying all interesting details.:

- project rate;

- payment conditions; the procedure for providing materials from the employer;

- the procedure for transferring work results to the employer;

- the presence of penalties for non-compliance or delayed execution.

3. To chat with the Employer, share files and additional information on the project, click “Send message”.

4. To start the project and confirm your working., click “Accept the project” and then “Yes”.



5. After the project acceptance we recommend to be responsible, to be in touch with the Employer and to provide progress reports. At the end of the work go to page “In work” and confirm completion by clicking on “End the project”.



6.  After the Employer accepts the project, get paid and leave a review about your cooperation.

No, all signed up Professionals can bid and add applications for free. However, Standard accounts have a limit of 100 requests and responses per month.

Why I cannot bid the project?

There are few reasons why you can't bid the project:

- The project budget is more than $1000 (for Standard accounts).

There are few reasons why you can't apply the job: 

- You are not signed in on the Beesy.pro website;

- You are not logged in;

Can I change the sent bid?

Yes, within an hour you can edit the bid. After the specified time, such possibility won't be able.

Can I change the sent application?

No, sent applications are not editable. However, you can write directly to the Employer about the changes you want to make.

Is it possible to save projects and jobs without sending applications and bids?

Yes, you can add any project or job to the Bookmarks. To do this, click on the checkbox in the upper right corner of the project/job you are interested in. To view all saved projects and jobs, click“Bookmarks”.

How to view my bided projects?

To view all your bids go to ”My applications”.

How to view my applied jobs?

To view all your applications go to ”My applications”.

How to reject the project, where I was chosen as a performer?

On the page“In work” find the project you are interested in and click on the lower right part “Reject”.

How to cancel the project, where I was chosen as a performer?

How to rate the Employer and leave the review?

After the project is completed, for you will be available the form for adding a review about the Employer.

Outside projects

Besides projects from Beesy.pro users,on the website are able projects and jobs from the outside resources.

It is done for users` convenience. You don't need to torn between tabs and search for the desired job on dozens different websites. We save your time, which you can spend on completing work or relaxing.


We have identified our projects a little, so everyone can  distinguish them from the outsides.

- In the search box, outside projects are shown after all ours. So, firstly you see the list of all our projects and jobs by dates up to a month, then — outer ones.

- Also you can see the project`s or job`s source bottom right of the post.

- When you click on the project/job itself, you go to the “Go to project page”, and in 5 seconds after that  — already on the page itself.


Outer projects and jobs on our website save a lot of time. However, we want to aware you of:

1. All information about outside projects is originally posted on other websites. Therefore, if you click on such project / job, you will be transferred there, and you will work there. We just copy the information for your convenience.

2. To apply on the other website, you need to sign in or login there. Login from our website and from the outer one may not match. Do not forget about it.

1.To create team on the website click the icon “My profile” in the top right corner.

Accept professionals in the team can only the teamlead. To the team can be invited an unlimited number of Professionals.

1. To invite the Professional to the team click on the sidebar on the page “My team” and choose “Members”.


In the opened window click “Add member” and enter information to find the professional you need.

To invite the Professional to the team you need to know his e-mail or login on the  Beesy.pro


Sending invitations to the team, add a cover letter with information about the team, conditions of membership and accepted projects.


2. To find some Professionals for adding into the team click “Professionals” and then “Freelancers”.

If you want to find the Professional due to skills and your requirements, we recommend using filter options.

By correctly filled filter, you can find the most suitable professionals for your team in a few minutes.

For more detailed searching we recommend using “Advanced settings”.

To view the portfolio and get more information click on the Professional`s name and go to his/her profile.

To invite the Professional to the team, go to his/her profile and click “Teams” then choose “Invite to the team”and fill in a short cover letter form.

3. Delete members

To delete the member of the team click on the sidebar on the page “My team” and choose “Members”.

In the opened window click on “Team members”, choose the Professional and press on the cross at the top of the profile logo, confirm your action.

4. Applying for the team

Any registered Professional can apply for joining the team.

 To find a team and apply for it click on the “Professionals” and choose “Teams”.

If you want to find a “team” due to your skills and requirements, we recommend to use filter options..

To view more information about categories, conditions of work and members click on the team name.

To apply for the team, go to its profile and click“Members” choose “Join the team” and then fill in a short cover letter form. 

If the teamlead accept you, you will receive a message.


5. Members verification

If the Professional apply for your team, you will receive special notification with a verification link. 

To accept a joining offer from the Professional click on the “Messages” and in the opened window click “Accept”. Then go to the page “My team” and on the sidebar choose“Members”.

In the opened window in the section“Members” you can find the Professional you need and accept or decline his membership in the team.

Team profile

You can change information about the team on a separate page  “My team”.

Only the teamlead can change information about the team, as well as managing its members.

1. Choose on the main menu “My team”.

In the opened window you can add a team logo. To do this click “Upload photo” in the upper left corner. Image size should be at least 250 x 250 px, maximum size no more than 5 mb.

2. To add and/or edit information about categories choose “My team” then the category you need and click “Save”. You can add 10 categories. 

3. The main category indicates automatically, based on the uploaded to the portfolio number of works for each category. For example, you have 3 categories: full-scale websites, page making, and website design. You have added to the portfolio: 3 projects with full-scale websites, 2 with page making and 4 with website design. Based on this, your main Category is website design..

To add the information click on the textbox “Info about the team”, enter what you need and click “Save”. 


4. Time zone is set automatically and based on the data specified in the teamlead's account.

Team portfolio

1. To edit your team portfolio click on the profile icon in the right upper corner and choose  “My team”. In the opened window click on the sidebar and choose “Portfolio”.

2. To add the project or the item to the portfolio click on the screen`s upper part “Add an item”.

3. In the new window will open the adding form. We recommend you to specify as much information as possible, so the potential Employers can better understand your team  competence, rate and time frames for a similar type of work.

Most Employers prefer teams with visual portfolios, so do not forget to attach relevant photos, images, and links to the works done by your team.

After completing the item, click “Save” and it appears in the portfolio.

4. Work preview in the portfolio is the first image in the list of downloaded files, to swap the images hold the desired item with the left mouse button and drag it to a new location.

Rating

For the teams on the Beesy.pro website is implemented a scoring system. On its basis is formed the Rating.

The higher your rating, the greater the chance to be noticed by a potential employer.

  • for adding one item to the portfolio +1 point (maximum 100 points)
  • for applying to a freelance project / job +1 point (maximum 100 points)
  • for each time the Employer chooses a Team as a work performer +5 points
  • for positive review from the Employer +5 points
  • for negative review from the Employer -5 points

Reviews

1. Employers can leave reviews about the work with the team, based on the cooperation results:

- if the project was accepted;

- if the cooperation was canceled by the team;

- if the project was canceled by the Employer;

The review can contain only an objective opinion about the work..

Reviews are displayed only on the Team page.


2. Teamleads can leave reviews about the work with the employer, based on the cooperation results::

- if the project was completed;

-  if the project was canceled by the Employer;

- if the team refused to cooperate with the Employer.

3. Deleting or editing reviews on the Beesy.pro website is possible only if the review contains:

- profanity;

-the review does not contain an opinion about the work or cooperation with other website users;

- private data, including personal chats and contacts; 

- direct charges, such as  “frauds”, “liars” etc, violating the website rules. 

Messages

Communication between the Team and the Employer is carried out through the teamlead.

To start a chat go to the chosen user`s profile and click “Write message”.

Further you can texting and exchange files with this user in the special section “Messages”.

To do this enter something in the dialog box and click “Send”.

Why I cannot change the info about my team?

Only the teamlead can edit information about the team, its contacts and the portfolio.

To confirm your team membership click on the invitation link in the section “Messages".

Where I can see the list of all my teams?

To view all the teams in which you are a member, open the tab “My profile” and go to “Teams”.

How to leave the team?

Open the tab “My profile”, click“Teams”, find the one you need and press the cross above the team logo.

Can teams work under the safe deal?

Yes, teams can use the safe deal in their work. Payment for the project will go to the teamlead, he is responsible for the further funds' distribution among the team members.
The teamlead is also a responsible person in the case of  disputes and applying to the Dispute Resolution Service.

Reviews

You can leave a review about the Employer based on the cooperation results: 

-  in case of successful project completion; 

- in case of project cancellation, because one side refused to collaborate; 

-  in case of project cancellation by the Employer. 


Also you can leave a review about work with the Company. To do this you should go to the company profile, where you`ve been working or work now. 

Reviews editing and deleting

Reviews editing and deleting on the Beesy.pro website are ppossible only if the review contains: 

-  profanity; 

- the review does not contain an opinion about the work or cooperation with other users of the website; 

- personal information, including private messages and contact list; 

-  direct accusations, such as  “fraud”, “liar” and so on. 

Raiting

For the Professionals and Studios accounts on the website is introduced a scoring system. Ratings are compiled on its basis. 

The higher your rating, the greater the chance to be noticed by a potential Employer..

1. If you are interested in a project or job, but you are not sure about it or need time to complete a response, you can add this project to Bookmarks and return to it later.

2. To add any project or job to Bookmarks, click on the flag in the upper right corner of the interesting project.


3.To view all saved professionals and studios click “Bookmarks”.

Messages

1. For chatting with the Performer or the Employer go to his/her profile and click “Send message” .


2. Further you can chat and exhange files with this user in a special section  “Messages”.

Unsuccessful collaboration

The employer did not pay for the done project.

The Employers refusal  to pay specific sum is one of the most unpleasant moments for any Performer

To protect yourself from unfair Employers, we recommend you to use the following methods.:

- use step-by-step payment or prepayment;

-work with big companies or use the safe deal;

- examine all the information about the Employer: check reviews, the number of projects on the website and the contact information relevance;

-if it`s possible, sign the agreement for the work performance, cause notarized documents and work acts are the best legal method of dealing with unfair customers;

- some employers ask the performer to transfer security funds to their account as a performance guarantee, we strongly advise not accepting such projects.

We also recommend soberly assessing your strengths, as the Employers reluctance to pay may be the result of poorly performed work, deadlines disruptions and specifications non-compliance.

Install the application

To install time-tracker go to download page and choose the installer for your operating system (MAC, Windows, Linux).

For Windows

Choose the appropriate installation file for your OS.

After the download is complete the installation window opens.


Left-click “Allow” and wait until the installation is complete. It may take some time, do not open the program until the installer icon disappears..



After the installation is completed, Time-tracker automatically opens. For further work and   convenience, we recommend you to drag the icon to the Desktop

For Linux

Choose the appropriate installation file for your OS.

Wait until the download is complete, open Downloads folder and choose the file you need.


Left-click on the installation file, wait till Ubuntu Software or some similar program opens. Click install and wait until the installation is complete. Close Ubuntu Software.


In the program search bar, enter time (Beesy time tracker) and select the appropriate icon, for convenience we recommend dragging the icon to the left panel. To start working with time tracker, left-click on the application icon. 

For MAC OS

Choose the appropriate installation file for your OS.

Wait until the download is complete, open Downloads folder and choose the file you need.


Then left-click on the installation file and in the opened window drag the icon “Beesy time tracker” to “Applications”, right-click “Eject PchelApp”.


In the program search bar enter time (Beesy time tracker) and select the appropriate icon, for convenience we recommend dragging the icon to the Desktop. To start working with time tracker, left-click on the application icon.

Authorization in the app

Run the application on your computer. To do this, go to the applications list or click on the desktop icon.

Log in to your account using the login and password specified on the Beesy.pro website during registration.

Work with the app

In the opened window left-click on the project you need.



In the new window click «Start».




The automatic calculating of working time for the chosen project begins.

The data will be automatically displayed both in the app and in the personal Employer account including: date, starting and ending working project time and total time spent on the project for all dates.

Besides the automatic calculating of working time, tracker will randomly take your display screenshots and send them to the employer

After completing the work, go to the app and click«Finish».




After completing the work, you will have access to the accounting time data on this project.

1.Why I can`t log in in the application?

3. Who, besides the employer, has the access to the sent screenshots?

4. Does the app take screenshots in the background?

No, screenshots, as well as time recording, occur only after the work launch on the project.

5. Can I work with the app offline?

The application works only online (with an active Internet connection).

6.What happens if I close the tracker window?

If you close the tracker window, time tracking will stop on the time until the window closes. To resume the time account you need to re-open the tracker window..

7. What happens if I exit the tracking program when the timer runs?
