Personal Data Processing — any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools with personal data, including the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (update, change), retrieval, usage, transfer (distribution, provision, access), impersonation, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.


Personal Data Provision — actions, which disclose personal data to a specific person or a specific range of persons;

The Operator — a state body, municipal body, legal or natural person, which organizes and (or) makes Personal Data Processing independently or jointly with other persons, as well as determines the purposes of Personal Data Processing, the personal data consistency to be processed, actions (operations) to be performed with personal data.


User — any visitor of the website.

Website — a set of graphic and information materials, as well as databases, ensuring their availability on the Internet at the web address

3. The operator can process the following personal data of the User:

In case of detection of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator’s email address with the note “Personal data actualization”.


The term for Personal Data Processing is unlimited. The User can at any time withdraw his consent of the personal data processing by sending a notification to the Operator via e-mail address marked “Withdrawal of consent of the personal data processing”.

 7. Cross-border Personal Data Transfer

Before the commencement of the Cross-border Personal Data Transfer, the operator must ensure that the foreign state, to whose territory it is planned to transfer personal data, ensures the reliable protection of the rights of the personal data subjects.


Cross-border Personal Data Transfer on the territory of foreign states that does not meet the above requirements can only be made if there is an acceptance written by the subject of personal data on the cross-border transfer of his personal data and/or a performance of a contract according to which the subject of personal data is one of the parties.

The User can receive any clarifications on issues of interest relating to his personal data processing by contacting the Operator via e-mail


This document will reflect any changes in personal data processing policy by the Operator. The policy is valid indefinitely until replaced with a new version.
