Description: Needed – A Website Designer to design a ‘blog’ website for school students and implement the website on to the internet. Then over the next few weeks/months develop the website(s) (see below).

Would be useful if you are aware of GCSEs and A-levels and their Exam Boards. Prefer UK educated and/or UK based.

Basically, I am tired of faffing around with design and Wordpress stuff. I just want my focus to be on creating content and have someone else to focus on the Website design/functioning/development.

I am an ex-Teacher that has created study sheets and tutored and run local courses using them

I have some study sheets that I want to make available for free initially as PDFs on a website. The study sheets are for school students learning Biology at GCSE and A-level. The study sheets must be printable (to replicate writing in exams) from the website. The website is not for online study.

(This website www.examsolutions.net is for Maths will give you an idea of what I want to achieve. His design is a bit dated and jumbled but the Maths content is very good. His output is through video explanation my will be through printable pages).

I am used to working with Wordpress and have hosting with TSOhost (I can change if you prefer) but just want to put my focus on creating content and the study sheets.

Components initially needed on the website; Please see the attached pages for Home Page, 9 Subject/Topic content pages (effectively and index), a few PDFs linked to the topic pages. (plus getting the domain/website hosted).

Website audience is both students (users) and parents (for payment). Needs to function well on smartphones.

The free study sheets will attract students to the website. Nearer to mock exams and final exams I will produce revision documents for sale. Ideally I would like them to be able to purchase and download online but more realistically it is likely to be purchase online and the documents posted to the student. Near exam times I might run some local courses (additional website?).
