Background:
Layout Studio - Melbourne Australia based.
Currently looking to work with a experienced Hospitality Designer.
We specialize in retail hospitality design mainly focused on back of house design including:
1) Kitchen & bar equipment selection and floor plan itemization.
2) Design setup.
3) Services drawings.
4)Stainless Steel bench workshop drawings.
5)Elevations and 3D views.
Please find attached example of work.
Summary:
We have a high volume of jobs coming in weekly, that range from a small cafe to large restaurants, hotels and age care projects. Due to this high volume there is an opportunity for the right candidate - we can provide ongoing steady work flow.
Candidate requirements:
1)Must have degree in architecture or interior design and must be able to demonstrate previous experience on similar projects.
2)High attention to detail.
3)High level of sketchup and Autocad - fast delivery.
4) extremely good on time communication and the ability to meet deadlines!
5) Professional
6) Ability to perform duties with little assistance - quick with revisions design updates.
7) Industry experience and good knowledge for kitchen & bar setups is a MUST! Will not be considered without previous experience.
8)Accurate Drafting and space planning.
9) Not time wasters!
To be offered the contract work:
1) You will need to provide industry experience. (Portfolio Sample detailing similar projects)
2) Pass a design test.
3) Pass Skype interview.
We will offer you: consultancy rate of: $3 USD per sq meter and extra $50 USD per revision.
