Shopify T-Shirt Web Site not selling at all

- I was made redundant back in May 2019, I clearly needed to bring in an income, with a family a new baby on the way. I needed to make some money some how. I have a love for aviation and so decided to place an add on PPH for someone to help me design aviation t-shirts. The 1st person let me down very badly. I think they thought it was a joke all they wanted was to rush out a rubbish childish design and get my money. So i abandoned that project. I then posted again for a rescue attempt. Clearly costing me money which is being thrown down the drain at this point which i couldn't afford. The 2nd person did some good designs and promised to a)show me how to do them b) send me the artwork and the logo they created c)create a load more. Instead i was landed with a big bill which i paid in full, no design artwork, no more designs and no showing me how to do them in my own, What was i left with a Shopify bill since May every month and a half done t-shirt that hasnt sold anything.
I am very upset and disheartened 5 months down the line as it hasn't sold 1 shirt.
I use Shopify for the site , Inkthreadable for the Dropship printing.
Inkthreadable has PSD templates and i have been trying with a software Photopea. I can get the template opened in Photopea but i dont understand how to create a design or copy an image so that i can upload the Design into Inkthreadable
I would appreciate any help someone is willing to give in either saying
a) give up the site is rubbish and needs a lot of work doing to it
b) this is how you can make it work and i guarantee you will sell t shirts - This maybe help on PSD file - Image or Design on to it so i can upload to Inkthreadable
