Description: Please Read the Instruction properly and understand what I am trying to do before responding

To design a working and operational website for me which will have a web address of www.itemvii.com. A kind of model I want to run is www.prolunch.co.uk. This is to give you an ideal of what I want to do. People ordering our food for different service we offer. Prolunch only does Lunch.

The Website Design Should Be Very Classy and Attractive

We will do Lunch plus others like 1. Special dishes, 2. Breakfast, Event Catering etc

The website would have the following functions
1. It would be a multiple page site with the ability to add more pages from backend if required by me example Privacy Policy, Terms and Condition etc
2. Customers to order and make payment online
3. User friendly and easy to navigate through

From Backend what the site should have the capacity to:-
1. Add Country of choice (The Countries we will be operating in)
2. State / County
3. City
4. Currency sign of the Country added (Example UK should be pound sign, Nigeria would be Naira sign, etc)
5. Add the different types of food dishes we offer per Country (Every Country would have different dishes specific to that Country)
6. Add pictures of our food dishes
7. Add prices of our food dishes
8. Ability to add a cut-off time for our order (The last time customer can place an order their food to get it delivered. If the time has passed no order can be take through the website. Message should read "Sorry Orders Cannot be Taken Anymore. Must order before .... Our cut of time")
9. Ability to add additional services we decide to do in the future and priced accordingly
10. Content management system capability so we can add our wordings ourselves
11. Ability to add the radius we cover so that when customer try to make order and is out of radius a pop up message should tell the customer that they are out of service coverage

From Front end
When a customers visit our site they will be instructed first to select
A. Country (It will have a drop down list of countries we operate in)
B. State/ Region
C. City
And then they will press enter and it will take them to that specific page
1. On home page should have a scrolling bar where we can have our different pictures
2. Product from that Country would be displayed with the currency and price automatically and this would differ from Country to Country and state to state
3. Customers should be able to make orders from the website and make payments
4. Payment gateway to be integrated. The regular payment gateways especially Paypal and Paystack (www.paystack.com) to be incorporated to the site to allow customers pay for the products
5. Prices and currency sign customers would see would be specific to the country they are based which we operate in.
6. Someone base in one country cannot place an order from a menu from another country. A message should pop up that they are out of radius likewise if it's city also when their address is entered
