- Saw your work and was quiet impressed. You have good understanding of design and software.
I am a freelance photographer and do photography for real estate industry. Some time i take photo of empty room and its boring.
I need to add furniture to the room. I need 3 beds as discussed below.
I can then use this model or request a local 3D artist to to place it on to my empty room photo
My project requirement :

I need 3 models of BED set only ( KING,DOUBLE,SINGLE)
I will supply with the side table and Lamp models.
The model should be editable in 3dsMax15 -Vray3.6 - we should be able to change the fabric of the models, by just replacing the required files. This means the file structure should be good so that the texture files that need to be replaced can be easy identifiable by its name.
This will enable us to have different (colour or print pattern) version of BED according to my client requirements.
The look and feel should be similar and should appear realistic.
For Lighting purpose - assume thee is one ceiling light (in place of FAN light) and the Ambient light and some diffused light coming form window and bathroom door on right and diffused -ceiling bounce light coming from where the camera is positioned. I use a 30W light COOL light, to bounce on the ceiling as a filler light .
My end application is to re-position the model and place it on a photograph which has no bed.
This way I can deliver bedroom photo with a bedroom rather then empty room.
Once I get the COST, I will send you necessary files and more sample photos.
You are flexible to do changes as long as it look very close like a bed.
Deliverable:
1: 3ds Max 15 / Vray 3.6 compatible project files
2: Final render output ( 2500x1688) approx , 2mb jpg : 2 views of each bed (LHS and RHS)
