Description: Looking for a HIGHLY skilled designer to help me with a 2020 Calendar design. Please read this project description CAREFULLY before placing your bid.

I will provide the calendar artwork files from the 2019 version of the calendar. These files will be a combination of photoshop and Indesign files.

This is what will need to be done for the 2020 Calendar:

1. There are approx. 14 small display ads for EACH calendar month. Some of these ads will repeat in other months, but many will not. Many of these ads will require either a complete redesign or a number of changes for each. This is the bulk of the work and will require a lot of back and forth revisions from my client for each ad.

2. The Calendar dates pages need to be revised to include all 2020 dates. There are also prayer times for each calendar day that need to be changed as well (365 calendar days). A spreadsheet will be provided to update the Indesign file.

3. There are also 2 display ads for each of the Calendar date pages as well (so a total of 14 ads per month) that will need to be redesigned and changes made.

The Front and Back Inside and Outside covers need to be completely redesigned as well.

The Calendar size is 12 x 12" closed or 24 x 12" flat + a 2.5 flap at the bottom that also has additional 2 display ads on it that need to be redesigned as well. There are a total of 28 pages to the calendar.

Important Notes:
1. This calendar has many small design details that need to be adjusted and/or redesigned - it is not a simple or quick project - it is very involved and detailed.
2. There will be many revisions to be made. For example, once an ad is redesigned, the ad client may comes back with 2, 3 or even 4 rounds of revisions to the ad. This can be the case for many of the ads within the calendar.
3. It is VERY important that the designer is available to make revisions within 24 - 48 hours at most once revisions have been provided. THIS IS CRITICAL!!!
4. There is no limit to the number of revisions, basically they must be done until the client is happy.

This calendar usually takes about 1 month or a little more to complete (including waiting time after sending back revisions to the client).

Please place your FINAL bid price to do all the artwork and design as described above.

Only those who have a HIGH DEGREE of creativity and show past work need apply.

Milestones:
- 1 initial milestone of 50% will be made at the beginning of the project but not released until the project is completed.
- Then once the project is at the end, the other 50% milestone will be made and then BOTH milestones will be released upon completion and supply of final Photoshop and Indesign files provided at the end.
