I have more than 20 years’ experience in Customer Service, Customer Support (voice & non-voice), and most recently as a Manager. In my tenure, I have worked with several companies and multiple industries. I am responsible for ensuring that all commitments are met and that all programs are delivered on time, cost and quality across a diverse range of critical projects. I am also involved in identifying opportunities for strategic business development and managed both internal and external relationships, to attract new clients and deepen existing customer relationships that contributed to our overall targets.
