SEO, SEM, PPC For my websites

Description: My main site did very well organically until a manual penalty, this has been lifted and slowly we are getting rankings back. There are only 2 main KWS for my industry however I used to have over 100 on page 1.

I did use a good SEO but due to the penalty which wasn't their fault felt its time for a change, back links that caused the issue have been removed.

This would be a long term project for the right person.

I have 3 other sites that run in tandem and are more specific to parts of the country, they need minor tweaks as well as a small PPC campaign I now run, it all ties in with the main site.

What I am looking for

1. An expert with onsite and offsite knowledge
2. References, someone I can reach out to and get a real reference about you from
3. What tools do you use, ie Cora, Ahrefs etc
4. Can you provide reports on work done

7. I haven't set budget, want to see what you can quote
