We are the world’s first turn-key App and cloud-based personal safety solution, putting peace of mind at your fingertips. Our platform allows you to create and develop your own; branded personal safety app and dashboard taking the guess work out of personal safety. Currently, we are a small team of 7 and we are fast expanding.

The Role*

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on, SEO and Google Advertising Ads specialist (contractor) to join our growing high-performance team on a part time basis (2-3 days a week) . Commercially sound and astute, you’ll be responsible for driving and optimizing customer acquisition and retention through SEO and PPC strategies from start to finish. Our projects are varied, spanning several verticals and ranging in sizes, you can expect your role to be dynamic and fast-paced.

As an expert in your field, you will create strategies to fulfil stakeholder needs

Main Job Responsibilities:*

• Setting up, researching, managing, and optimising SEO/PPC campaigns, including performing keyword research, competitor research and content reviews, based on SEO/PPC best practices, from start to finish.
• Understand the relationship between SEO and UX and how to optimise SEO and PPC campaigns
• Building high quality landing pages and optimising landing pages to achieve high quality scores for PPC, and make it easy for Google bots for organic search
• Conduct detailed technical SEO audits (indexing, accessibility, crawlability, schema, Javascript/Flash implementation, local SEO, on page, off page, competitor analysis and more) and PPC audits (campaign structure, landing pages, keywords, sitelinks etc)
• Comfortable with consistently conducting experiments, optimising to a target ROI and making decisions and optimizations to drive performance and incremental revenue.
• Provide data-driven reports with Google Data Studio, and provide key recommendations and educate clients on how they can execute your SEO/PPC plans, if necessary
• Applying SEO/PPC tracking and reporting tools such as SEM Rush, Google Keyword Planner, Adalysis, Optmyzer or any other tool you prefer
• Working with copywriters to add SEO friendly content to the Blog and web pages
A great candidate would have:*
• Someone who has at least 3 years’ experience in delivering SEO and Google Advertising Ads campaigns.
• Understanding of React, JavaScript, HTML and CSS and able to analyse the impact of SEO • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (to implement pixels where necessary)
• Breadth of knowledge across a broad range of SEO disciplines, including some or all of the following: local seo, ecommerce, international SEO, javascript SEO, etc
• Knowledge of the best practices in Google Ads/ Microsoft Advertising, including ad copy, bid management, scientific ways of A/B testing, keywords, landing page creation, display, remarketing etc
• Expert level of Excel/Google sheets • Strong web analytics skills, Google Analytics (creating funnels, goals, views, advanced segments etc)
• Motivated to learn more advanced SEO/PPC skills
• Worked with a small team, with excellent communication skills internally and externally (able to present problems and the solutions)
