SAAS Content Marketing helps drive revenue and customer happiness by supporting salespeople with their customised customer content. You will create bespoke and standard sales enablement content that supports different stages of the customer journey; from initial proposal through to account development. This role will involve working closely with the Sales and Delivery Excellence Team to create the best solutions and content for our customers.


Your role within the business will be to create engaging, informative and value driven content to help promote products across multiple brands and their services. In addition, you will plan and execute marketing campaigns, report on their success and engage with the global group, product management and sales teams to continuously identify and develop new content opportunities. As a clear communicator, you will ideally have good understanding of content writing and marketing. The ability to break down jargon and understand technical concepts and explain them clearly will be a key element to this role. An analytical mind, strong attention to detail. You will taking the lead on creating and developing a wide range of engaging content for websites, social media, e-mail marketing, sales material, magazines press releases and videos!

What you will do to succeed?

You will be happy to work with a small Fintech start-up
You will support the creation of inspired and innovative sales enablement content to support our salespeople in their day-to-day customer conversations
You will write great copy that communicates the benefits and suitability of our product or service
You will create standard content for salespeople to use in their efforts, including proposal templates, PointDrives, presentations and discussion documents
You will support a wide range of salespeople at any one time, including in our global regions, and work with them closely to identify the best marketing tactics to support their individual sales efforts
You will support large bids and opportunities through fully customised proposals
You will track the success of sales opportunities you ve supported and identify ways to improve our service to our stakeholders
You will acquire a thorough knowledge of Insights products and services
You will coordinate with marketing colleagues to support multi-channel campaigns and promotions
You will use your strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with a variety of people, and service a large number of internal customers
You will utilise strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills to prioritise requests and meet internal and external deadlines

Follow brand and tone of voice guidelines
Create relevant, engaging and timely sales content as required by your stakeholders and the wider business
Draft a range of marketing and sales enablement content, with emphasis on customised content
Prioritise duties to meet deadlines to a high standard
Deliver a first-class service to our stakeholders in every interaction

What you are great at?
You will have previous marketing experience within a commercial organisation
Highly organised and work within a demanding environment is essential
Experience working in a team with duties in content creation in order to support stakeholder needs
An understanding of creative layouts and formatting to best practice
A strong technical understanding of digital products available in the market
