Description: Who we are:

We are a real estate company based in New York City and London. We take on properties from landlords on a medium to long term master lease/guaranteed rent for 1-10 years.

Project Overview:

To develop and execute a lead generation strategy to generate the following real estate leads. This will be combination of web scraping and online marketing:

 Vacant properties/buildings
 Properties on the open market marketed for over 3 months
 Large properties/buildings for rental – 3-20 rooms
 A list of all property brokers/real estate agents in our target area
 Large portfolio landlords in target area

What we are looking for:

A dynamic individual with a strong track record, who can turn over rocks online to find credible sources and contact information for the sales team to follow up. Good organisation skills to input information into a central XL doc.
