Description: Sales letter/referral request letter for a specific health condition.

After 20 years of research into natural migraine treatment I have a comprehensive health program that I am just about ready to take to the market. I would like to do some trials - so not clinical testing, just some efficacy trials for some migraine sufferers. I will also conduct some market research. To do so, I need to find migraine sufferers.

I would like a referral letter that I can send to fellow naturopaths, dieticians, chiropractors, physiotherapists, osteopaths and doctors.
