- Seeking HIGH QUALITY Ghostwriter to write a report on Real Estate Marketing when Wholesaling
I am looking for a writer to write a ~10k word non-fiction work on the topic of Real Estate Marketing when Wholesaling Real Estate
PLEASE NOTE that I am looking to build a LONG TERM relationship with a writer and will need you to write other reports in the very near future provided your work is of quality material and your price per report is reasonable.
I would like this work to be completed within 10 days of the start of the project and delivered in Microsoft Word.
PLAGIARISM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED OR ACCEPTED!!! All material must be ORIGINAL CONTENT and we WILL NOT make any payment on work that is found to be plagiarized.
You will get general information about the type of reader that the eBook will be written for, along with some direction about what the ebook should cover.
Project Report Guidelines:
-Formatted for Kindle eReaders
-Hyperlinked Table of Contents
-No more than 1" margins on all sides and single spaced
-No more than a 12point font, times new roman
Bid Requirements
-You will be required to sign a contract of Non-Disclosure which includes stating that this is a WORK FOR HIRE creation that you will own no rights to and that your name will appear nowhere on or within and that I will own all rights to including resell and distribution rights.
-Include the price you will charge.
-If 10 days are not realistic in your estimation, how long it will realistically take you to complete the project?
-Response to this job with the first sentence in your cover letter stating, “I am the ghostwriter you’ve been searching for” so that I know you’ve actually taken the time to read this entire bid.
-1 work sample
This is a pretty easy, straightforward project, especially if you are a good writer. I will be there to answer questions, give you directions, and give you feedback on what you produce.
Payment will be prompt, and if you give me a good product I will leave you positive feedback and recommend you to other employers.
