We have an immediate need for a Copywriter/Designer/Web Assistant/Social Media Coordinator.

Duties and Responsibilities
Marketing Copy Writing and Editing
Responsible for developing compelling marketing content to support the business that our clients own, across multiple channels including, but not limited to website promotion, e-mail marketing and communication, newsletters, print collateral, and event materials.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure clear call to actions and that content maximizes email open and click rates, drives conversions and registrations, and increases member engagement
• Coordinate with internal departments to execute successful campaigns, identify and track deliverables, and secure approvals
• Package campaigns and marketing materials
• General marketing-related support
• Support day-to-day activity including but not limited to: reviewing marketing and promotion calendar, submit and track production requests, ensure established deadlines and deliverables are consistently met
• Basic graphic design support, including sourcing and imagery manipulation
• Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video and written)
• Monitor, listen and respond to users on client’s social accounts
• Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts
• Design, create and manage promotions and paid ad campaigns.
• Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.
• Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns.
• Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
• Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
• Write posting plans and post to Project Management System (Basecamp)
• Set up new Social Media accounts
Desired Skills and Experience
• 5– 7 years of creating marketing content, Automotive and Marketing experience a plus
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with demonstrated track record of creating compelling content assets
• Be able to translate jargon into benefits that resonate with audiences with and without client product knowledge
• Strong collaboration and partnering with peers and team members both inside and outside organization
• Experience UI/UX copy editing
• Adept at MS Office and the Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• BA/BS or equivalent experience
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Vine, LinkedIn and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios
• Proficient in social media listening and analytic tools such as Spredfast, Radian6, Crimson, Hexagon, Sysomos, HootSuite, TweetDeck, Topsy
• Must be a self-starter who works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to effectively manage quick-turnaround, tactical projects
• Must possess exceptional communication skills, both written and visual
• Good sense of humor and doesn’t take self too seriously
• Automotive and marketing experience a plus
• Sales, Marketing or Advertising strengths with excellent verbal and written communication skills, extensive knowledge of Web and social media. PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience is a must.

This is a 1099 work from home position! You must have confidence enough to work independently and get tasks completed. We use Basecamp as a project management system and Skype for communication as we are all over the country!

This position will be 20 hours a week but FLEXIBILITY is essential. The pay range is $18 - $25 per hour depending upon experience.
