Our website uses a lottery plugin that allows site visitors to buy tickets associated with product for the chance to win that product at the end of the draw. We use readily-available WooCommerce plugin that provides all the functionality.
Example of how it works:
1. James sees a product he wants the chance to win, say, an iPhone.
2. Providing James has already signed up, he then selects tickets he wants to buy. For example 100 tickets are available. James decides to buy 10, let's say tickets 3, 6, 7, 9, 12, 33, 69, 96, 11, and 9. After selecting these tickets on the product page, he goes to his basket to make the purchase.
That's it. He now needs to wait for the count down to end and for the draw to begin.

What changes do we want?
1)
We want the an animation we have created to played when the countdown for the product draw has ended. Then at the end of the animation, show a still image that shows the winning ticket.
We need 1 winning ticket to be randomly selected from all the tickets that have been purchased.
Currently, the winning ticket isn't presented to users in a nice exciting way. The draw is done, in the background, and then a page shows the winner. It's not exciting at all.
So what we did was create an amazing animation that shows balls being picked in a machine, and at the end of the animation, a winning ball rolls out, but the number isn't visible, and the animation thens scrolls up to a screen showing the following text: "The winning ticket is....". The animation then fades to white.
What we want to happen next is the winning ticket to be presented, right after the animation has been played. The winning ticket will be in the form of a graphic we design.
For example, we can design 1 graphic and export 1000-1500 versions with just the number changed in each version (Some competitions have up to 1500 tickets available). Maybe a graphic that looks similar to the graphics used in our animation.
Anyway, some background code should then somehow get the number of the winning ticket, and pull up the appropriate graphic. The file names for the graphics could be number from 1-1500 e.g. 1.gif, 2.gif, 3.gif, 4.gif etc.
Another solution would be to design just 1 graphic, and have code update the graphic dynamically with the winning number. I think they're called dynamic json graphics or something.
2) We currently use a theme that doesn't quite suit our site. The product page for this theme is fine, but we want something quite simple for our home page. We want 1 product to show on the homepage, and then next and previous buttons to show at the bottom of the page. We actually have a free theme that looks the way we want things to look.
You will need to take the part of the free theme we need and integrate in into our current design, then tweak the CSS a little.

The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of Wordpress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JS and Woocommerce.
We don't want someone who's only comfortable with working in Wordpress admin panel We need someone who can also work in source code. Basically, a programmer.
