To produce high quality (client facing) design documentation and developer spec for a new website project.
BACKGROUND
A client of mine requires a new website based on a life coaching business working with Men. For Phase 1 of this project we would like to concentrate on the design only ready for development (Phase 2 to be offered as a seperate PPH project)
SCOPE
1) Develop design documentation to a high standard (with unlimited changes included). This will then be presented to the client in and amongst other documentation ready for first round feedback/changes to be implemented.
2) Develop a developer website spec document. This will be passed to a development team to then create in WP.
PROCESS
The client very much likes this design https://pixelgrade.com/themes/blogging/vasco/ and therefore the website design must be based on this. It can even look exactly the same! But if you see any areas you would like to improve then go ahead.
The website must be fully responsive and show this within the documentation.
For the purpose of the design only, please use your own images and copy. Lorem ipssum is fine to use. Once the design is complete we would then like this to be turned into a website spec document aimed for developers.
The client has requested the the following site map but feel free to improve on this from a UX perspective.
1. Homepage
2. About me
3. Who I work with
4. Why fire?
5. Testimonials – but could be scattered through site rather than having a page to themselves
6. Blog
7. FAQ page
8. Coaching programmes landing page
9. Individual pages for each coaching programme (same layout for each)
10. Contact page
INTEGRATION TOOLS/PLUGINS
1) The website must integrate with MailChimp or another highly regarded marketing software.
2) Reviews / Testimonials (ideally with Google)
3) GDPR notifications (Accept /Reject)
3) Link/Launch Social Media pages
*4) Appointment booking functionality is a bonus
OTHER
Must meet accessibility standards.
Please note; Once the design has been finalised with the client this will then move into Phase 2 (development) and will be offered as another PPH project. Please do not quote this part.
Also, when designing, please do not customise the look & feel of off the shelf plugins. For example, there are many plugins that provide Google for business reviews but when integrating them into the website, they often will only look 1 or 2 ways.

• Presence of drop-down promotional banner at the top (promoting facebook in this instance)
• White space but not dead space
• The half header image with text beside rather than full width header image
• Centred navigation
• CTA near the top to encourage sign ups with room for an image beside it.
• Interesting layout of four main image links

We have 3 more clients after this one all in need of new websites. It would therefore be great if the person would also like additional work and to quote these as well when ready.
50 GBP has been entered to simply start this project off . Please price this project as you please. I.e. Costing is up to you.
