- I would like a home rental site - it can be in wordpress but not a must
Ensure that you only submit a quote if you have working prototype.
I would like to see a working sample before we engage in converation
site features:
All content for this project is proprietary to the employer. All efforts and
material will be transferred to the employer in full without any obligation to
the freelancer. The freelancer will not share information about this project and
will claim ownership to any of the content.
2. Payment at completion once site is per discussion and no issues
3. Social media login integration available in website like Facebook, google,
twitter
a. login through other social sites ie- facebook, google, outlook, twitter..
4. do not allow new users to publish without approval of admin.
a. Once user submit Property from website, it will be waiting for ADMIN
approval. Once ADMIN approved that property from back-end that will be
display in website (front-end)
5. improve overall security --list how
a. Set up a website lockdown feature and ban users
b. Use SSL to encrypt data (Get SSL certificate and website run with https://)
c. Use 2-factor authentication
d. Use your email to login (Using an email ID instead of a username is a more
secure approach)
e. Adjust your passwords (change passwords regularly to secure your
Wordpress website. )
f. Update plugin regularly.
g. Add user accounts with care ( Force Strong Passwords to make secure)

7. Need terms and conditions
a. User can not create an account or log in without accepting the terms and
conditions for the site – this is already functional.
8. Registration overview
a. Membership Subscription required for posting properties in website
b. First user registers with 3 months free subscription and post properties.
c. After the 3 months free subscription user approves payment for 1 year paid
subscription
d. If at the end of the 3 months term user did not approve payment for 1 year
subscription - their property will be inactive (not searchable)
e. IF client does not approve payment for 1 year subscription - their property
will be inactive (not searchable)
9. payment –
a. Payment should be secure like PayPal, Stripe, and Credit-Card, any other?
o Decide which option is most secure
b. as mentioned above - 3 month free- if at the end of the 3 months term user
did not approve payment for 1 year subscription - their property will be
inactive (not searchable)
c. Important: “DO NOT CHARGE CLIENT AFTER 3 MONTHS WITHOUT
APPROVAL’ by default after 3 month the subscription ends UNLESS the
client wants to continue and approve payment.
d. email notifications as follows:
o - 1 week prior to the end of 3 months term- to pay for 1 year
subscription or their property will be inactive (not searchable)
o 1 day prior to the end of 3 months term- to pay for 1 year
subscription or their property will be inactive (not searchable)

o 1 month prior to the end of 3 1 year term- to pay for another 1 year
subscription or their property will be inactive (not searchable)
o 1 week prior to the end of 3 1 year term- to pay for another 1 year
subscription or their property will be inactive (not searchable)
o 1 day prior to the end of 3 1 year term- to pay for another 1 year
subscription or their property will be inactive (not searchable)
10. In default, there is no subscription option included in this theme…So we can use
some membership paid plugin for subscription based on below
11. Members who refresh property have their property listed first on the site
a. Members can refresh 5 times a day.
12. Search based on features (should already be a site feature)
a. User searching rental property based on features list in website search fields
like keyword, property-id, location, status etc…
13. Change color theme of website to White background and blue buttons.
14. Create video of how to register, post a property and use the site. This will be
used as an intro to the site
15. You will conduct skype session to go over implementation with client
