Description: Need to develop an Android and IOS mobile app that has image recognition capabilities that trigger AR and HD videos. Additionally, the app must have feature of clickable visual tiles (such as book covers) of other content (that a user can click on and go to a new interactive title within the app. In other words, a clickable content library.

The code should be setup in such a way that the app can be white labeled and content, text, and videos can be easily changed by us.

How the app will work:

There is a carousel of images (maybe 5 or 6)
The user selects an image from the carousel and then uses the camera button to select the image once found. This triggers a video or A/R video to play from our Vimeo library.
Below the image recognition feature will be categories with associated visual tiles. For example the genre "horror" will have visual selections (such as book covers) like the Marvel App (see attached)
There will also be a menu with various links to the relevant website.

We must own final IP.
