- I need to develop an online advertising inventory booking system for advertising spaces.
The system will allow the admin to create available locations with the available ad spaces to be rented by potential customers. The system needs to track the available inventory and give the admin the ability to see by location, by advertising spaces what is booked, what is available and what is being requested.
The cloud based system must have a modern look and have visual reports.

NOTE: Rule – we need to have a rule for each advertising space with the type of advertising. For example one of the Advertising Types is called iCart which can either have the option to sell it in 25% percentiles or sell it in 10% percentiles. So if we have iCart at Location A (25% percentiles) then we can either have a maximum of 4 different clients or 1 client taking all 4 options. So we need to have a way to not over book based on the limitation on the amount of advertising space availability.

NOTE – Payment system is freshbooks not sure if we can link the two systems to connect official estimates / invoices
The vendor will be able to log into the system and see all their spaces and review which clients are advertising at their spaces and which seasons
The client will be able to log into the system and see all the spaces they have booked and show the status
Once booking is completed Admin / Admin Assistant will assign booking to Graphic Artist, Printer and Installer
The graphic artist will be able to log into the system and see all advertising bookings assigned to them to prepare artwork and once artwork is develop have the ability to log back into the system to update artwork assignment with cloud based storage links for artwork files for printing company to have. Once graphic artist has update bookings Admin will be notified and Printer will also be notified via email.
The printer will be able to log into the system and see all advertising bookings assigned to them to prepare print artwork developed by graphic artist. Once printing is completed the printing company will log back into the system to update booking which will then trigger emails and notifications to Admin and installer
Once installer is completed the installer will upload images / videos of completed work and update booking status. Notifications will be sent to Admin. Once Admin is okay with images and videos the admin will then approve final work and an email with final images / videos will be sent to the Client informing them the job is completed with the images and videos in the email the client can also log into the system to review the installation images / videos.
Admin / Admin Assistant / Sales Team need to have the ability to review Advertising Spaces to see what is booked by client, by space, by season. What is available etc. multiple reports on locations, clients, vendors and advertising spaces. This will allow for an easier understanding of advertising inventory.
Please make suggestions on design plan to get the best possible outcome of success.
