REQUEST FOR YOUR PROPOSAL:
Introduction:
We are looking for an Expert Excel VBA automation specialist for our project.
Deadline:
We would like this entire project fully delivered and tested within the next 7-10 days MAX.
Our Project Requirements:
*** AFTER YOU REPLY TO OUR 13 Questions We Will Send You a link to download a zip file, which contains 3 videos clearly explaining our requirements.
Our Budget:
Our budget is between $100USD to $200USD for the delivery of this entire project.
If you impress us, we would like to hire you Full-Time for many other project we have.
Your Application:
If you are interested in a challenging VBA project, please provide us in your application:
1) Your expertise level between 1-10 (10 being an Expert) and place YOUR rating beside each of the following disciplines:
• VBA Application Development in Excel;
• All Advanced Excel Functions and Formulas;
• Process Automation Using Excel VBA
• Data Analysis & Data Visualization & Dashboard Reporting
• MS SQL Server and Data Warehousing
• Business Analysis and Process Modelling Skills where you will document and model AS-IS and TO BE business processes and Advise on options with the Best Solution
• Knowledge of Access and Access VBA
• Strong Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, SCRUM)
• Strong Knowledge of security vulnerabilities and secure application development.
• Strong Knowledge of the Major ERP Systems
• Knowledge of Python or R programming.
2) Confirmation that End solution will be of the Highest quality, Superior standard;
3) Confirmation that you will provide support for at least 30 days for any cosmetic updates or any other issues/questions/bugs we have.
4) Confirmation that All code will have comments/system documentation;
5) Confirmation that Code will be developed using best practice coding methodology and frameworks;
6) Confirmation that if you feel there is a more better way to do something that will meet our requirements, then please use your judgment and do what you feel is best;
7) Confirmation that you will test thoroughly all elements of code, user friendliness, user interface, and also Test thoroughly to ensure all business rules that I outlined in my videos have properly been translated to programming/code logic. I would recommend watching all 3 videos again after you complete the project to ensure everything has been covered;
8) Confirmation that you will ensure that the User Interface is Very professionally completed, Very Nice Looking, and Easy + intuitive to use;
9) Confirmation that you will provide us daily updates every 2 days, to update us with your progress. You can email these updates too: [email protected]
10) *IMPORTANT: Confirmation that you agree that this project and all other project we give you is to remain Fully confidential. This means you may Not share this project or any other project we give you to anyone on this site, or as part of your marketing material/past work. This project is to remain strictly confidential.
11) Confirmation that as part of final delivery you will also deliver a:
=>> Professionally Completed User Guide in Word
=>> Professionally Completed Business Process Flow Document (that you would do for big corporate companies). This will need to be completed in Visio
=>> Standard Operating Procedure Document
12) Confirmation that you will provide us a screen capture video, with your voice over, recording the screen, clearly explaining what each section and line of code does
13) As part of your application, please provide us:

12c) Your email;
12d) Your skype details;
12e) Confirmation that you will deliver the entire project within 7 days (10days Max).
