I need an under construction graphic placed on website

Description: I am in need of an under construction graphic with existing logo to be placed on existing website that can also collect emails. I also need to merge and old website with a new one that is for the same company but we just changed the url. Alternatively we could just remove it so it doesn't exist. Not really sure what the best option is so I welcome your expertise. Thank you.
