We’re looking to hire 3 freelancers, English non-fiction writers living in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia to write 25 pages report.

You need to model this but NOT copy. The content must be ORIGINAL, it must be your OWN words about the same topic. NO plagiarism will be tolerated and I have tool to check if it was borrowed from other sources or the ones provided above.
Before you go ahead and bid, here are the IMPORTANT details you need to know:
1. English is your first language and you are a professional writer writing non-fiction, “how-to” type articles. We are ONLY looking for writers from the U.S., Canada, Australia and the U.K.
2. We’re only looking for serious, committed, dedicated and long term people who LOVE their job as a writer because we’ll have a LOT of work for you in future and will love to build a long-term business relationship with you.
3. The report should be 25 pages, no fluff, no-filler, just helpful info, tips, tactics, etc that people can get value from. You will come up with titles, content, short description of the work etc.
When bidding, so that I know that you really took the time to carefully read this post and are not automatically bidding, please mention the words "Brave Thunder" in your application as a “Secret Word.”
The finished product must be:
- Written in Arial font
- 10 point font
- 25 pages
- No more than 1/2" margins all the way around - Top, bottom, left, right
- No double spacing (it should be single space)
- At the very beginning, the report/article/project must include a 1-2 paragraph summary of what it is about, as well as 12-15 bullet points of what is covered in the overall project. Each chapter as well as needs to have 1 paragraph summary of what it is about, as well as 10 bullet points (*Note: these summaries do NOT count towards the page count as they are just a synopsis of what has already been written about. Please, do NOT include them the 25 pages).
- Outline / Table of Content: You will come up with the outline before starting to write.
- Finished report must be in a Word doc. and in Google Doc.
- We will own all of the rights to the completed work once you are fully paid, including but not limited to resale rights, byline rights and copyrights.
- It needs to be formatted for eReader devices (including a hyperlinked table of contents)
This is one of the numerous projects we have in the pipeline. So, if you are good and your price is good we’d love to work with you on future projects as we have a lot of topics that need to be written about.
Show some samples [1 paragraph is enough] of your previous work as a non-fiction and “how to” writer or even better if you have something similar to the topic above.
Again, if the quality of your work is great and your price and turn-around time are fair we will hire you for all or many more of upcoming projects.
