Define roles, duties and responsibilities in an organizational structure

We are looking for someone to make the plan for the organisational structure of our Hotel and Real Estate company.
The ideal candidate should be able to define departmental roles, duties and responsibilities. This structure should bring order to every aspect of hotel operation from the front desk and room service to the human resources department, including kitchen, F&B, housekeeping, technical department, marketing, purchasing , sales and so on.
As for the Real Estate , we are starting to build it so we need to ensure that we will be able to have the perfect organisational structure in order to have all future roles in written and follow the chart while growing.This second chart should be include selling, renting and purchasing of the residential, commercial and industrial properties. What is required is a proper system of work which can be introduce systematic way of working for enhancing our business.

We want someone who worked in same or similar projects that could provide us in a short time his knowledge and experience and end up with it. Anyone who is interested to this project needs to give us a sample of his work by uploading a sample for a Guest Relation Manage with the below layout: general info, qualifications, duties, benefits, and last but not least Working Hours, Days, and Salary.

We will give you when started some of our current samples in order to edit , add or remove according to that specific layout. We will share with you current job descriptions and job listings that could help you to run this project easily
