Description: Compliance Consultant Needed for Guidance through Accreditation Process for Home Care Company

We are a New Jersey (USA) based Non-Medical Home Care company seeking to get accredited by The National Institute for Home Care Accreditation, Inc. (NICHA). To do so we are required to adhere to standards set by NICHA. We already have a policies and procedures manual that is compliant to these standards. We need to make sure that we have proper documentation and practices in place to allow us to pass the NICHA inspection once they come in to evaluate.

Deliverables will include:

1. Create or update our current documents to become NICHA compliant.
2. Instruct our staff on things we need to do to become NICHA compliant.
3. Become familiar with the NICHA standards and interpret them to our staff.
4. Become familiar with our companies policies and procedures
5. Will require weekly online meetings with staff.
6. Will need to be available throughout the inspection visit.

Must be a great communicator both written and verbal.
Familiar with health care accreditation process a plus but not required.
Will need to be able to reach out to NICHA representatives for clarification about standards.

Anticipating for this project to take 60 to 90 days.
