Current Device Status:


SX20 connects and register fine with CCMA,
Device is able to send and receive calls internally and outside.
Device was recently reset to factory settings, everything seems to work well.

The problem:


SX20 device was able to place Video conference to a public IP and to a Zoom sip and or any other sip number with no problem.
NOW the device is unable to connect to the any public IP or any SIP@ numbers.
When the public IP or SIP is entered, the calls connects and then disconnects with out any reason. Leaving no error on the call log nor any trace of what is preventing the device from connecting to the outside world.
