Description: We have a series of about 24 screencast videos (each are 3-4 minutes in length) in an mp4 format (also have in Screencast-o-matic format). We would like to hire someone to take these videos and add arrows, underlines, highlighting, images, text, etc. over the top of the videos to make them a little more visually interesting and sometimes enhance main points or add clarity.

Each minute of each video does not need "animation", but a splash here or there as appropriate

Guru could use Adobe Premier, Camtasia, or a some other video software.

General knowledge of the IELTS test (the topic of the videos) would be nice but not required.

We prefer not to spend our time story boarding, but have a guru just watch the video and use their creativity and expertise.
