Basic SEO for my website

Description: I have a new and very basic website. Here is the link. https://livewellandfully.com/w-home

You can see all the page through the top nav. I am interested in someone to do some basic SEO.

For each page, I need to fill in the fields shown in the pic. Not ready to talk about backlinks or anything more advance yet. I'm looking for these 3 specific things for each page please. I do not know what the budget should be and put a number in just to put a number in. This is NOT a wordpress site. It is on a little-known platform, Heroic. I will need to be able to get on a Zoom call with the person selected and understand what you will be doing - before sharing my login to my website.

Please start your response by confirming you understand this is not wordpress and are willing to get on a Zoom call with me before I share my website login. I speak English only. Please quote on doing the entire site as it exists at the link I shared.
