Basic RGB LED circuit with IR receiver

Description: PCB with 32 RGB LEDs controlled by an IR remote frequently sold by China (picture attached). I can do layout myself, but am willing to pay for this service also.

Requirements:
> LEDs controlled by standard IR remote available from China (picture attached)
- LED controller responds to remote similar to explanation included with attached picture.
- Circuit needs have three IR receivers pointing three different directions.
> Max circuit height is 5.5mm (not including PCB thickness), but I prefer to keep the height less than 2.8mm
> Powered by 5V/1A supply (can use more amperage if needed, but I prefer to use a 1amp power supply).
> Powered through micro USB (TYPE B, REVERSE)
> Circuit uses 32 SMD RGB LEDs (Datasheet attached)
- Please use the recommended resistor layout recommended in the datasheet.
> Parts should be SMD

If layout is offered I will provide a DXF with PCB outline and LED locations. I will then need all the files/firmware required to produce the PCB.

I prefer a fixed price, with an hourly wage for additional features. However, I will accept quotes with hour estimates.
