- Does not need to be native Android and iOS, we are looking for a base solution that allows us to have the below features for the budget set.
APP
1. Needs to be able to have registration and login for employees.
2. Needs to allow users to be able to view uploaded pdf files and then write their name and tick that they have read the document
3. Needs to allow users to send internal messages to an email (similar like help)
4. Needs to allow user to be able to view communications (see XD file)
5. User should get push notification of any new communications that have been uploaded
6. User should be able to send email requesting products which is sent as an email, this is just free form text
7. Needs to allow registered employee to view their last 3 payslips (this comes from admin panel)
8. News section should be able to be filterable by 'type of news' is it HR or company wide or Local, International. The category is chosen when the news communication is uploaded into the admin panel when creating new news info item.
9. User should be able to send a message via app including attaching photos and location and message is sent to an email
Admin Panel
1. Should be able to upload an Excel template to populate the data required for employee payslip data (match employee ID to pay, which is then viewable by employee on their account on app)
2. Needs to be able to create new 'news' events - This allows them to upload a photo for header pic, and then write the news in the description
3. Should be able to input/upload company terms and conditions
4. Should be able to upload PDFs that are then viewable by employee users.
