I need a simple game made with Arduino

Description: I would like proposals to accomplish the following:
1. with an Arduino type device (pi, etc), setup a number of inputs that will detect pressure on a patch of velostat. Similar to a dance dance revolution type game.
2. add a button to start a game
3. add a rfid reader to allow a partner to join your game
4. turn on led indicator lights to denote game status (none, ready, game over)
5. communicate to a basic web server/page
6. show game status on the page
7. show the velostat buttons and when they are pushed
8. tally button presses and show a winner
9. indicate tally on velostat pad led lights.

I have some supporting docs for some out of the box arduino type devices to connect over wifi to a web server if needed.

If things go well I plan on more phases of work.
