Help to republish an Web APP on Testflight

Description: 2 months ago a developer uploaded my Web app into TestFlight for 90 testing. Now my client asked me to republish the APP to get further testing on Testflight.

I don't have the Xcode to re-upload i only have APK file and SDK, I need someone that can help me to republish the same APP again into Testflight.
