Description: It has a problem downloading their in-App song purchase

It is on a Samsung phone or Galaxy Note using Android #9

The Guitar Tunes App works perfectly on the Android phone and even allows the in App song purchase. Google Play Store sends the email confirming the purchase has been completed successfully.

The song shows up in the Guitar Tunes App as purchased and ready for download. But the customer is unable to download the song by clicking the cloud icon.

Nothing happens when the cloud icon is pressed and no download ever takes place and no error message is given.

I have also replicated this exact problem on my Samsung Galaxy A8 using Android #9
I have tried all of the fixes that are suggested on the internet to resolve this problem on a Samsung Android phone with the Google Play Store.
Still no download of the purchase.

I have tried both a purchased song and a purchased video lesson and both will purchase but neither will download.
If I try to download a free song or lesson in Guitar Tunes from the Google Play Store using the same phone it downloads perfectly and shows up in downloads on the Guitar tunes App.
I have tried to purchase and download these same songs and lessons on my IPAD using the Apple App Store within Guitar Tunes and it works perfectly..
