- I am looking for a freelancer to conduct a high-depth competitive analysis between two web3 gaming projects.
- The purpose of this analysis is to identify and understand the marketing strategies employed by these projects.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in market research and analysis, specifically in the web3 gaming industry.
- The freelancer should possess excellent analytical skills and be able to provide valuable insights and recommendations based on the findings.
- The analysis should cover various aspects of the marketing strategies, including but not limited to target audience, branding, advertising, social media presence, features, key strengths and user engagement.
- The deliverable should be a comprehensive report highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of each project's marketing strategies.
- The report should also include recommendations on how our existing business can improve its own marketing efforts based on the insights gained from the analysis.
- Experience in web3 gaming and familiarity with blockchain technology would be a plus.
- The deadline for this project is [1 day ].

We’re attaching Some of the requirements but not limited to :

1. There should be the number of followers in the project launch date, defining how many months have passed and how many followers we have gained and they have gained in a 4-5 column excel sheet.

Also mentioned that we have gained a highest of 114k impressions in a single campaigns and research their highest impressions on a single marketing campaigns,

2. Mention how many types of campaigns they have launched such as Token airdrop, nft minting and game launch, ido stage, listing stage, investment stage, and finally campare the same stages with us.

3. Examine their partners and which partners have helped or helping them how

4. Most importantly, find the most important strengths that we dont have.

5. Examine their Targetted audience, and what are they doing in gaining them.

6. Put yourself in a neutral position and compare the overall situation and find the way to overcome them. This could be as many pages you want, put as many graphs or analysis you want
