- JOB PURPOSE
We are looking to work with a trendy fashion blogger to write weekly blogs, newsletters and manage our social media. This is a rolling project with monthly agreement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media
• Creating, scheduling and posting creative and trendy social media content across social platforms
• Manage social media, respond to comments and post comments on other interesting content.
• Manage brand collaborations, marketing events and assist with photoshoots.
Social M. Analytics and Insights
An understanding of:
• The data agenda for social media, through tools and marketing initiatives.
• Tracking and reporting on performance.
• Testing strategies to support new insights, recommendations and optimisations.
Web blog & Newsletter
• Create & manage content for blog & newsletter: weekly choose relevant topic and update website & email newsletter software (work with great content to achieve this)
• Copywriting, proofing and updating skills are essential
• Online Product and Category management – launch seasonal collections content in our site (Prepare and upload new product’s ensuring accurate features, category, attributes, pricing, photography, personalization and meta descriptions)
• Check and upload all product photography to ensure it is presented in accordance with brand presentation guidelines
• Pitch marketing campaigns and ideas to roll out across web and social channels
To sum up, we will require you to manage social media daily; one blog article a week & one newsletter concept a week. Occasionally, we will ask you to update website content.
SKILLS & PROFILE
• Self-motivated with excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritize workload/tasks.
• Excellent spoken and written English with solid experience of copywriting.
• Ability to work effectively on your own, achieving deadlines and always ensuring attention to detail.
• A creative/innovative individual with the ability to act quickly and react to trending topics and stories.
• Good knowledge of key analytic tools (such as Instagram insights, google analytics) and social media tools.
• Strong photography & editing skills (Photoshop and ID) with a good eye for visuals and able to create great storyboards.
• Strong IT literacy – MS Office essential and Adobe Suite.
• Familiarity with Shopify platform is required and an understanding of SEO.
