Description: I need someone to alter-photo shop an image for me (family portrait-digitally made)

list of what i want done to it:

*heads realigned correctly on the bodies, they look like a bad cut an paste job gone wrong while on crack,
*color changes to an outfit, -one outfit, (male figure)
*body sculpting-slimming-downsizing- of the female figures inside the portrait, as they look heeeeeeeeeeeedious at present,
*the portrait to look ''balanced'' like it isnt a bad cut an paste job gone wrong,

lastly :

*when the image is completed to have the entire image resemble that of an ''oil painting'' examples images attached,
