Description: My name is Omar Spencer and I and am curious how long it might take to do something like the attached. I have never really gotten anything made and have no idea how long it could/might take or how much it would cost. I wouldn't be looking for crazy nice material either since it's a Halloween costume and not wardrobe but if it is at all possible, I would LOVE to have this done. Please let me know how long i should expect something like this to take and if it's not possible, if you have any suggestions. Thanks a bunch. Have a good day!
