Coat built from design (Final Fantasy - White Mage)

Description: I would like a coat based around the White Mage designs from Final Fantasy and I'm looking for the right person to be able to deliver this.

The idea is that I wanted it to be clearly identifiable but to be a usable coat as opposed to purely being a costume.

Hopefully the attached image gives you a good indication of what I'm after. If there are any questions, let me know.

There is a fabric range (below) which I think would work well for the design, but I am open to other suggestions.
