Description: We need help auto-tweeting a novel, "1984", in 140-160 character bursts in our Twitter account!

We have found some articles explaining how it works, but we don't have enough knowledge of the programming languages to get it to work...

We're looking for someone who has experience with Github / Heroku / Python language who can help!

We will be providing the .pdf source or the e-book that we're going to use.
We already have a Twitter developer account set up.
