It comprises of following modules:-

Dashboard: Here basic stats will be shown for the following items. Users will be able to filter the following data for each item in different time frames with calendar selection on the dashboard.

Revenue
The final money you receive from customers:
Revenue = gross sales – discounts – refunds + taxes + shipping charges
Note: taxes and shipping are the money you charge customers.

Total cost
The sum of all expenses:
Total cost = Cost of goods sold + Shipping cost + Ad spend + Transaction fees + Custom spend

Net profit
The amount of money you gain after all costs are deducted.
Net profit = Revenue - Total cost
Net profit margin (%)
A low-profit margin might indicate a problem that is interfering with profitability potential such as unnecessarily high expenses.
Net profit margin = Net profit / Revenue

Ad spend
Total cost for advertising such as Facebook Ads, Google AdWords.

Ad spend per order, Filter by ad accounts
The average amount of ad spends to acquire an order.
Ad spends/ Total orders

Average order value (AOV)
The average amount of money that customers spend in one order. Higher AOV often means a higher profit margin, as most cost per order is fixed whether someone buys more or less.
Average Order Value = Revenue / Total orders

Average order profit
The average profit you earn from one order.
Average order profit = Profit / Total orders

Cost of Goods Sold
Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) is how much the products cost you, as opposed to how much you charge customers (Sales price).

Shipping cost
The fixed amount of shipping cost is added to each order.
Shipping cost = Flat rate * Total orders

Custom cost
Other expenses such as software/app, influencers, rents, salary, Shopify plan, taxes, etc.

Transaction fee
Amount of money that Payment gateways and Shopify charge for each order.

All of the above items can be divided into three tabs i.e Revenue, Orders and Spends.

COGS (Cost of goods sold):
Here User will be able to adjust the percentage for the cost of goods sold. For example, if you define the percentage at 20%, the sales price is $100, and then your COGS is $20.
It can be done in two ways:
Setting COGS globally: This percentage selection will be applicable to all the products in the system except those that are set manually by the user.
Setting COGS specifically for the product: This percentage in manually adjusted for some items in order to get the exact calculations. Once, COGS are adjusted manually for a product, global COGS setting will become inapplicable for that particular product.

Facebook ads, Pinterest and Google AdWords:

Here the user will be able to see a list of all the Facebook ads and Google AdWords with their account ID, name and cost. Users can activate and deactivate ads within the system.

Shopify Stores and Etsy Shops:

Data related to order details such as product name, item price, order ID and shipping price will be collected and calculations will be done for the same in order to display in the Dashboard. There will be a separate section for tax received for each item. Apart from that, conversion rate, average order and total sales for each item will also be displayed in this module.

Aliexpress:
Data related to order details such as product name, item price, shipping price, order ID and tax is collected from the Aliexpress website and required calculations are done on the same data in order to have basic stats in dashboard.

Google analytics:

Here the user will be able to analyze in-depth detail about the visitors on their website. It provides valuable insights to the user that can help him to shape the success strategy of his business.

Custom Spends:

Here the user will be able to add spend items dynamically with their cost and time frame. Users can edit and delete these spends.

Transaction Fees:

Here transaction fees charged by various payment gateways and Shopify can be dynamically added. These details are editable by the user and are used to calculate basic stats in the dashboard.

Shipping cost:

Users can add manually the shipping cost of different items here and can edit or delete the same. There will be a default shipping cost added by the user and that will be applicable for the items for which shipping cost is not added manually.
