Description: Require an application to take CSV files, add to database, apply business logic to determine if there is agreement between multiple files, create PDF reports, send emails and upload to Web portal via an API, interface with external applications to talk to DICOM PACS server to download and send medical images, create ZIP file, Upload to SFTP server. Initial release will replicate existing functionality of a group of PowerShell scripts in a console application. A later release will include web based interaction and monitoring of the process.
Access to existing scripts will be given to successful candidate. Must have experience in C# application development and be able to develop applications with unit tests and appropriate documentation in English. Existing solution is not well documented but I can answer any questions about the solution. New application must follow best practices application development methodologies and be extensible to add additional functionality.
Solution must be documented and not just include inline code comments but application level documentation and process diagrams. I am willing to split the project in to multiple deliverables including an initial scoping and documentation exercise.
