Expert Review of UX Design and Effectiveness of Software UI

Description: I'm looking for someone who can review a UI of a software app used to test hearing in schools. It'll be used by teachers on children of any age, potentially all over the world. So, it's not a website but I guess the principles are pretty much the same. We're after a report and recommendations.

We'll be looking to appoint someone early next week and get the job done within a week or so from then, although we'll need to send out specific headphones and an audiometer to test the product properly.

I've attached a word document with more details.

The company is Thomson Screening Solutions. the brand is SchoolScreener (uk.schoolscreener.com), although the new product is not shown on the site.
