Excel sheet with two user forms (password protected sheet)

HI

I sell used and new goods on E bay and other platforms so I need to organise my products in order to be able to see how my business is performing over time.

I want a password protected excel sheet with two user forms. One to put information onto the excel sheet row, and a second to update or edit the row with a change.

For example;

when i but an item,
1) I would be a ble to put in information about the item(description),
2) conditionof the item(condition-drop menu) (new,used,refurbished,needs refurbishment,Parts only.)
3) 8 pictures of the item(photos),
4) Storage location of the item in my storage (location drop menu), (A,B...........Z)
5) who is the maker of the item (brand),
6) where I bought the item (source-drop menu), (Facebook,gumtree,direct person,googler,ebay,website, auctions,other)
7) price i paid to buy the item (cost),
8) current retail value (CRV),
9) Date i bought the item(purchace date),
10) Date i sold the item (sale date),
11) price i sold item for (sold price),
12) sold via what platform (sold on - drop menu) (Facebook,gumtree,direct person,googler,ebay,website, auctions,other)

All the above info needs to be on the master Excel sheet row. But i do not want my friends messing around with this sheet so i need 2 user forms. One to put in the information onto the master sheet when i buy, and a seconf one to edit information if there is a mistake or when I sell. In this way the master sheet is not messed around.

I want the user forms to look presentable with a logo or picture which i can give.
