- I’m looking for someone to create a music Album reviews ‘database’ CMS, ‘entry form’ and ‘search form’ for my WordPress site – using any appropriate add-ons you feel necessary (Zapier, MailChimp etc)
Album entries would be added to the Airtable database by Record Companies (or by myself) and then writers can search the database and assign themselves the album or request a promo copy of the album from the record company. The status of that database entry would then change depending on has been selected (i.e.: requested promo, writing review, completed review). Emails would also need to be automatically sent depending on what the status is.
Additional logic would need to be created that would prompt writers via email for their review of the album after a specified number of days, remove any old albums from the database that haven’t been selected by writers and a host of other items.

Finally, I have a number of other databases I will need created (similar to above) and I have other ideas that I’d like to implement once these are up and running.
IMPORTANT: Please respond if interested and outline how you will undertake the work and what additional plugins would need to be ordered. Also, could you add an exact cost for the work?
