Description: I am looking to have a fairly rudimentary mIRC based bot designed that can remotely connect to a popular IRC chat 'site and serve as both a chat room 'greeter' (custom welcome message) and also handle the most common tasks such as banning/kicking/muting users as/when required etc.

Further details and exact requirements for the bot can be discussed and decided upon.

Personal and/or professional experience designing such bots/scripts for 'sites would obviously be a big help.

Price is negotiable given the correct proposal.
