Description: Dear,

My name is Victor and I need someone who has knowledge of machine learning applications in Python using Jupyter notebook. Especially with Natural Language Processing.
I have written a code to built a chatbot, the code is finished to it's not a coding project.
As I'm not good at writing I'm not sure if I explained the model correctly in my report.
