Need a cheap access based database to create automated invoices. The steps are below.
1. There should be a field to enter name of product, SKU, Quantity & Price
2. With this information, the database creates 3 automated invoices (with random automated invoice numbers) in PDF format and in a preset invoice template (will be supplied).
3. Date of the invoice - The database checks for the current date and creates the invoice date with 3 random dates within the current 3 months from today. For example, if it is creating invoices today, the dates of the invoices can be randomly selected within 3 previous months from today.
4. It save the PDF invoices in a preset folder location.
