The good news is, she was stolen from me by a good friend. The bad news is - now I need a right arm again.

What that means is I am capable of doing a massive amount of research to make a decision, or zero. It all depends on the outcome I need.
It means when I'm under pressure, I expect you to give me just the information I need, when I need it, with as little extra info as possible.
It means if I'm making a decision, I'm not interested in your theory or opinion unless you have done it enough times that I'm satisfied you know what you're doing. So don't guess if you don't know.
It means if you tell me you are "detail oriented" you'd better not forget details - ever.
Right now, I need someone to help manage my schedule and growing list of tasks. Those tasks live on paper post-it notes attached to the bottom of my monitor. Yes, it's 2019 and I'm as "high tech" as the next guy. But nothing is as good as a piece of paper in your face to remind you of what is really important.
You'll need to be able to live on AZ time. Some things we need "yesterday" some things we don't. I'd prefer it if you were able to conform to a part-time gig with a full-time availability in the beginning.
I'm looking for someone to stick with me for the next 5-7 years. Ideally, you'd be able to grow as my company grows. We're on track to grow exponentially the old fashioned way - by buying our way there.
You'll need to know dropbox, google drive, icloud, and other file sharing without asking me any questions. I mean that - zero questions.
You'll need to understand Adobe Sign, Docusign, and other document services - no questions.
You should ahve a decent understanding of Excel, Word, Powerpoint and the like. You need to be able to compress files and even better if you know the difference between zip, arc, gzip.
I work on Mac and Windows and you should be comfortable with either. Oh, and your hardware should be less than 2 years old. If you're on a flip phone, I totally get it but you're not the one for me. If you're using a laptop that's 10 years old, forget it.
And lastly, if I can google the answer to your question you'd better not ask it. I don't let my kids do it, I don't let employees do it. You're not 6 years old. Figure it out, that's what I pay you for. (yes, that means if you've made 57 google searches and still can't find it, go to the local library, then ask your uncle, dad, second cousin. Then, after you've exhausted every possible crumb of your available knowledge base, ask me.)
Does all of that mean I'm a jerk? To some. To me, it means we will have clear boundaries, clear definitions for what is a "win" and what is not. It means we will know what success looks like. And, even better, if we're on track to be successful - or not.
