- Description
- We are a personalised gifts business looking for someone to support us in an ongoing freelance roll in our pre-production team.
=== What will you be doing? ===
- Preparing personalised versions of base designs and supplying to team for print
- Preparing personalised versions of base designs and sending to customers for approval
- Managing design briefs which will come via e-commerce platforms Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Shopify
- Reviewing customer messages on e-commerce platforms Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Shopify for specifications and design amendments
- Sharing and organising documents via G-Drive
- Managing workload to meet tight deadlines
- All documents must be provided in Photoshop format, you will need your own licence for this
- You will invoice us on a monthly basis for hours worked/ Units produced
=== How often will this be? ===
This is a rolling roll. All of our prints are sent out within 1 working day of purchase in either preview form or set up as files ready to go straight to print.
We are looking for someone to manage the orders which come through Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday therefore some weekend or evening work is preferred.
You are free to manage your time as you please as long as deadlines are met.
Our work is seasonal, during quieter periods expect 2-4 hours per week, during busier periods i.e. Christmas expect up to 20 hours a week.
=== Can I work remotely? ===
Yes! Though being close to Newcastle Upon Tyne would be a distinct advantage in order to meet the team and attend occasional staff briefings

Budget is not applicable - this will be paid for hourly roll but with regular weekly work and an ongoing contract and will be negotiated with the right candidate
